In this 5-hour experience, you’ll cook like a local and discover why Basque cuisine is renowned worldwide. Our chefs will teach you to respect the products and their flavors, sharing cooking tips and recipes that have been passed down through generations.
The recipes the Basque Country has to offer are as varied as the landscape of the region, from the vibrant fish dishes of the coast to the hearty stews of the mountains. Discover the authentic flavors of the Basque Country as you prepare and enjoy an incredible menu.
The class menu changes with the seasons to ensure the freshest and highest quality ingredients are used. Here’s a sample menu you might cook:
