All bookings need to be paid in advance to confirm the booking. We offer cancelatios and changes in the following terms

Group experiences:

  • Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the event will  not have any penalty and we will offer
    full refund. Additionally we will offer we will offer date changes if available or non expirable vouchers of the full amount paid .
  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event will be charged 30% of the total booking
    amount. Additionally we will offer we will offer date changes if available or non expirable vouchers of the full amount paid .
  • Cancelations within 48 hours of the event will not be entitled to a refund.

Private experiences: 

Total or partial cancellations:

Total cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the event will have a penalty of 10% of the total amount of the event. Partial cancellations up to 2 weeks before the event will not have a penalty but price per person will be updated  if necessary.

Total cancellations made between 2 weeks and up to 48 hours before the event will have a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation or the proportional one in the case of partial cancellation (only some people).

Total or partial cancellations within 48 hours prior to the event will not be entitled to a refund.

In most cases, private experiences have scaled prices, this means that the price per person changes depending on the final number of people in the group. If the number of participants changes between the booking moment the event, the price per person will change accordingly.

 

Merchandise Shipping:

Goods will be shipped on the next business day following the day of purchase (the day the payment is made).

The shipping fee does not cover any customs duties that may arise from shipping the product. You will need to check these costs on your local authorities’ websites.

To return a product, please send an email to [email protected]. The products must be returned to Mimo Bite the Experience, Okendo 1 (under Hotel Maria Cristina), 20004 San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa, Spain. The return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
