I am a vegetarian, can I come to your classes?

Yes! During the class you will prepare and cook the same food as the other class members but when it comes to eating we will prepare a separate menu for you. Don’t forget to tell us you’re a vegetarian when you book the class so we are prepared.

I have a food intolerance, can I come to your classes?

Of course! During the class you’ll cook the same food as the other class members (where possible). Then, when it comes to eating we will prepare a menu adapted to your requirements so you can enjoy the experience with everyone. It’s very important that you tell us when you book so we can make the necessary preparations.

I am vegan, can I join a group class?

We recommend that you send us an email [email protected] so we can suggest the best option for you. Because of the varied ingredients we use in a group class would not be suitable.

The person that travels with me doens't enjoy cooking, is there a lunch option?

Sure! That person can join you at 12:30 and have lunch for 65€. You can add it during your booking or request it by email to [email protected]

Do I need to bring anything to the cooking class?

All you need to bring is a willingness to learn and have fun. We will provide everything else (apron, tools, chefs jackets). We do recommend you wear comfortable shoes as most of the class will be standing up.

My kids love cooking, can they come with me?

The minimum age for attending one of our classes is 12 y/o, accompanied by an adult.  If they are not acconpanied, minimun age is 16. If the children are below that, we would offer private or family classes to make sure everyone enjoys the experience.

I enjoy group classes but I´d like to do something a bit different.

I love the cooking school. Can I hire it privately by the hour or day?

I have to cancel my reservation. How can I do it?

Group experiences:

  • Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the event will  not have any penalty and we will offer full refund. Additionally we will offer we will offer date changes if available or non expirable vouchers of the full amount paid .
  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event will be charged 30% of the total booking amount. Additionally, we will offer date changes if available or non expirable vouchers of the full amount paid.
  • Cancelations within 48 hours of the event will not be entitled to a refund.

Private experiences: 

  • Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before the event will have a penalty of 10 % of the total amount of the event. Additionally we will offer we will offer date changes if available or non expirable vouchers of the full amount paid.
  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. Additionally we will offer we will offer date changes if available or non expirable vouchers of the full amount paid .
  • Cancelations within 48 hours of the event will not be entitled to a refund.
My dates have changed. Can I modify the booking?

Of course! The following terms will apply:
– If the changes are requested up to 2 weeks before the event there will be no additional cost.
– Changes made to the date between 2 weeks and 48 hours before the event will incur a charge of 20% of the original deposit amount.
– Changes made to the date less than 48 hours before the event will incur a charge of 30% of the original booking amount.

I made my reservation online but I haven't received an email confirmation,

Check your spam folder, if it’s not there send us an email at [email protected].

There was an error on the payment page and I don´t know if my reservation is confirmed.

Reservations are confirmed once payment has been made. If you have any concerns about whether it has been processed please email us at [email protected].

Covid- 19 Clauses:

– In the event that any of the following apply to you:
– You have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for Covid-19.
– You are suffering from symptoms associated with Covid-19.
– You have tested positive or are quarantined for Covid-19.

In these cases we will change the date of the event free of charge, but we will ask you for medical documentation to support the information you have provided. In the case that you can´t change the experience because of your travel dates, we will provide you with a voucher that doesn’t expire, so that you can come back to us on another occasion and experience the class safely.
