We can personalize the program to suit all your needs, but here is a typical schedule of classes for professional chefs:
- Day 1: Cold pintxos and canapés
- Day 2: Hot pintxos and canapés
- Day 3: Seasonal products (vegetables and legumes)
- Day 4: Fish
- Day 5: Meat
If necessary, our classes will also include field research, such as visiting different bars with our chefs or producers. Our recipes are conceived with consideration for the products readily available in your country.
